I always think of octopusses... I mean, Octopi, I mean, octopoosen. Anyway, nice concept. Might work on the pose a little bit. Stretching the arm out to get a better silhouette on the octopus and get rid of the tangents from his tentacles. Also, the feet look exactly alike, you might angle the back one out a little bit to get rid of the twinning.
