sweet dude, great storytelling. Only thing (story-wise) is with the way the robot/creature is looking, it's a bit hard to tell if it's alive and waiting, or asleep and dormant. If you were going to go further with it, you might pick one and adjust the figure's pose to sell it. Also, maybe a little brighter highlight. Really solid piece.

i luv how you made the smoke coming down at the light source. Maybe you could show me that technique some time. Beautiful!
one of my favorites in a long time a bit stronger contrast with the light source maybe but still damn cool.
I meant shaper contrast not stronger...
